    Personal support

    Application & form completion support

Benefit and council forms are long, and they often arrive when life is already hard. We sit down with you, listen to how things really are, and help you put it into clear, typed answers. You stay in charge of every word.

    Starting a claim

If you need more time for PIP2, ring the PIP enquiry line on 0800 121 4433 (Relay UK: 18001 then 0800 121 4433), Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Child DLA is for children under 16 who need much more looking after than others of the same age, or have walking difficulties. Ask for a pack on 0800 121 4600 or print one from GOV.UK.

What to gather before we meet

Gather what you can. Nothing has to be perfect.

Please do not send physical copies of documents. Once we have agreed how to share them, send digital scanned copies instead.

    • Any letters about your claim, with their dates
    • A list of your medication
    • A short diary of a typical day, and of a bad day
    • The names of professionals who know you, such as your GP, nurse or support worker

    How a session works

You talk. Then: We listen. Then: We write it in your words. Then: You check and sign

    If you are turned down

A refusal is not always the end. Read the decision letter and keep it with the envelope and any evidence you want to refer to.

We can help you organise your papers and write down, in your words, why you disagree.

    Blue Badge in brief

In England, some people qualify automatically, for example if they get the higher rate of the mobility part of DLA, have certain PIP scores for moving around or planning journeys, or are registered blind. Others are assessed by the council.

You apply through GOV.UK. You can ask the council to reconsider, or reapply if things change.

    In your language

Billy speaks English and Gujarati directly, with conversational support in Hindi. For other languages, we use carefully chosen AI translation tools, and we will always tell you when we are using them.

    What we don't do

    • The decision belongs to the DWP or the council.
    • You check, sign and submit your own form. We help you prepare it; we do not submit it for you.

    Free help

You can apply directly to the DWP or your council without paying anyone. Free advice is also available.

    Consultation and fees

Complimentary introductory telephone consultation — 15 to 30 minutes.

    • We confirm any fee in writing before work starts
    • You are under no obligation to proceed after the consultation or any initial assessment
    • All additional charges are agreed beforehand

    Common questions

Can someone help me fill in a PIP form?

Yes. We help you understand the questions, organise your information and prepare clear, typed answers using the details you give us. You check and approve everything before the form is submitted.

Do I have to pay for help?

No. It is free to apply directly to the DWP or your council, and Citizens Advice can also help you free of charge. We offer a paid, time-saving preparation service, and our fees are agreed in writing before any work starts.

    Can you guarantee an award?

No. Decisions are made by the DWP or the council, not by us. We never guarantee an outcome; we help you present your information clearly and accurately.

    Enquire about form assistance

We aim to reply within one working day. Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm.

This helps us plan our conversation with you. It is not a professional interpreting service.

Please do not include medical or sensitive details here. We will discuss what is needed on the call.
