Meet Billy and Pravesh

Billy Kukadia
Alongside his business career, Billy has helped people as a McKenzie Friend for more than 20 years. There has never been a typical case. The help has followed whatever life brought: a family matter, a dispute, a hearing someone did not want to face alone. He helps people put their papers in order, understand what to expect and feel steadier on the day. His background is in business and practical support, not legal practice.
Billy speaks English and Gujarati directly, with conversational support in Hindi. For other languages, we use AI translation tools covering more than 100 languages, and we take care to confirm the important points with you.

Here For You, practical personal and business support

Meet Pravesh

Pravesh Rajdev — experienced McKenzie Friend, with more than 20 years of hands-on experience.
Pravesh is calm, approachable and practical. He works alongside people who are representing themselves, helping them get their papers in order, understand what to expect on the day and feel less alone with it.
A McKenzie Friend does not speak for you; a judge can allow it only in exceptional circumstances, and we will not ask for that.

How we work
We listen first
We explain things plainly
We tell you honestly if we are not the right people to help
Fees agreed in writing before any work starts
No results-linked charges
How to check us before you decide
It is sensible to check anyone you pay for help. Here is how to check us.
- Look up Get Biz Wise Limited on Companies House (opens in a new tab)
- Check our data protection registration with the ICO (ZC228747) (opens in a new tab)
- Before you pay anything, you receive a written scope and fee, and an invoice from Get Biz Wise Limited. Fees are payable when you engage us and, for hearing support, before the day of attendance. We accept all common payment methods, including bank transfer, card and cash, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
- If the court moves your hearing, your fee carries over to the new date. If the hearing does not go ahead, or the judge does not permit us to attend, we refund the attendance fee, less any travel costs already booked and agreed with you in writing.
- Always confirm hearing dates with the court yourself. We will encourage you to.
- Ask us anything about who we are and how we work during the free call.
What happens after you get in touch
- 1
Step 1: You get in touch
Call, WhatsApp, email or use the form. A few lines is enough.
- 2
Step 2: We listen
Billy calls or writes back, usually by the next working day, to understand what is happening.
- 3
Step 3: We explain your options
You get a clear, plain-English view of what we can and cannot help with, and any fee in writing before work starts.
- 4
Step 4: You decide
There is no obligation. You choose whether to go ahead.
Where we work
Our main base is London. We meet people in person across London and the surrounding counties, roughly within 100 miles, including Luton and Bedfordshire, and help people anywhere in the UK by Zoom, phone and email. Court and tribunal hearing support remains England and Wales only. Free introductory consultation, 15 to 30 minutes, with no obligation to proceed.
Areas we coverPractical support, with someone who listens
At Here For You Support Services, we welcome people from all backgrounds, communities and faiths. Whether you need help understanding paperwork, preparing for a meeting or organising documents for a hearing, we offer patient, respectful support in plain English.
You do not need to know where to start. Tell us what is troubling you, and we will explain whether our services are suitable and how we may be able to help.
Clear about our role
We provide practical support services, including McKenzie Friend assistance for people representing themselves in court in England and Wales.
We are not a law firm. We are not solicitors, barristers or qualified legal representatives. Our support does not replace advice or representation from an appropriately qualified legal professional.
Our approach draws on practical experience of legal paperwork, processes and working with law firms. That experience helps us support your preparation, but it does not give us the qualifications or authority of a lawyer.
How we can help
Depending on your circumstances and the service agreed, we can help you:
- Organise paperwork and put events into a clear chronological order.
- Read through correspondence and identify points you wish to clarify.
- Prepare questions, notes and documents for your own review and use.
- Complete forms using the information you provide.
- Prepare for meetings and hearings.
- Receive moral support, note-taking assistance and help with case papers when attending court as a litigant in person.
You remain responsible for your decisions, the accuracy of your information and the conduct of your case.
Understanding the boundaries
A McKenzie Friend supports someone who is representing themselves. The court controls whether and how that assistance is provided.
We do not act as your solicitor, conduct litigation on your behalf or sign court documents for you. We have no automatic right to address the judge, make submissions or question witnesses. Any exceptional permission would need to be expressly granted by the court for that particular case.
Tribunal support follows the rules of the relevant tribunal; we explain the applicable role before agreeing to assist.
Language should not prevent you from asking for help
We offer direct communication in English and Gujarati, with conversational support in Hindi.
For other languages, we use AI-assisted language tools to help with communication and understanding written information. Please tell us your preferred language so we can confirm the support available.
AI translations can contain mistakes, particularly with legal terminology, dialects and complex documents. They are not certified translations and do not replace a qualified interpreter where one is required. For important documents or formal proceedings, we will explain when professional language assistance is needed.
An honest conversation about the help you need
We will explain what we can offer, where our role ends and the agreed fees before work begins. We cannot promise a particular outcome. If your needs fall outside our experience or permitted role, we will say so and explain the type of specialist help you may need.
Our purpose is simple: to help you feel heard, better organised and more prepared for your next step.
What we are not
We are not solicitors; we help you prepare and understand, and you stay in charge of your case.
If you need a solicitor or another regulated adviser, we will tell you.
Here For You Support Services is a trading name of Get Biz Wise Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17395132.
