    Who we are

Here For You Support Services is a trading name of Get Biz Wise Limited · Company No. 17395132 · Registered in England & Wales · Registered office: 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX · ICO registration: ZC228747

These terms apply to services supplied by Get Biz Wise Limited, trading as Here For You Support Services. Read them alongside the written scope of work we agree with you before starting.

    Our role and its limits

We provide independent administrative and form-preparation assistance within the scope agreed with you. We are not solicitors, do not provide regulated legal advice and do not carry out reserved legal activities. We are not a government department or an emergency service.

Where tribunal support is agreed, tribunals have their own rules and the judge or panel decides who may speak. We cannot guarantee any application, tribunal or other outcome. Decisions remain with the relevant organisation or decision-maker.

Please give us accurate information and check all documents before approving them. You remain responsible for your submissions and deadlines unless a specific task is expressly included in our written agreement. This does not remove our duty to provide services with reasonable care and skill.

    Consultation, scope and fees

Free introductory consultation — 15 to 30 minutes. There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation or any initial assessment.

The fee, scope and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before any work starts. Any additional charges must be agreed beforehand. We will not expand the agreed work without your agreement.

Fees are payable on engagement and, for hearing support, before the day of attendance. We issue an invoice before payment and a receipt for every payment. We accept all common payment methods, including bank transfer, card and cash. If the court moves your hearing, your fee carries over to the new date. If the hearing does not go ahead, or the judge does not permit us to attend, we refund the attendance fee, less any travel costs already booked and agreed with you in writing.

A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment. Staff will contact you to confirm arrangements. Please tell us if you need to change an appointment.

    Your 14-day cancellation right

If you enter a distance contract as a consumer, you have 14 days from the date the contract is made to cancel. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email, telephone or post using the contact details above. You do not need to give a reason.

We only start work during that period if you expressly request this in writing. If you then cancel before the service is completed, you may be charged a proportionate amount for work carried out up to cancellation, in line with the agreed fee and applicable law.

Your cancellation right ends on full performance only if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged beforehand that you would lose that right once the service was fully performed. Any refund due will be made within 14 days of your cancellation notice, normally by the original payment method.

After the cancellation period, contact us to discuss ending the service. Any arrangements in your written agreement remain subject to your statutory rights.

    If something goes wrong

Contact us with the details of your complaint, the work involved and what you would like us to put right. We will acknowledge your complaint, review the relevant records and explain our findings and any proposed remedy in writing. If you remain unhappy, ask for a further review and we will explain any available next steps. You do not need to use our complaints process before exercising your legal rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with disputes heard by its courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, this does not remove the mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that apply by law.
